Article 1 : Préambule

Belride Ltd aims the sale of biking materials and accessories.

Any order placed by a customer on the www.BelRide.co.Uk website automatically implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer. 

Article 2 : Definitions and Imprint

I order to guarantee the maximum possible transparency when reading the Belride Ltd terms and, you will find below the precise definition of some terms that will appear later in articles.

Article 3 : Subject

The present T&C set out the contractual relations between Belride Ltd and its customers. The T&C define the rights and obligations of the Parties for the duration of the relationship between Belride Ltd and its customer.

Belride Ltd reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any time.

 

Article 4 : Products

All products offered on the site www.BelRide.co.Uk meet safety standards and comply with current legislation.

The customer is self-rensponsible for purchases he makes.

All products sold on www.BelRide.co.Uk are presented with the utmost care.

The photos, descriptions and the best are chosen in a way to inform our customers as exactly as possible about the product. Nevertheless human error can occur or our suppliers can make changes without having us informed before. 

Because of the multitude of makes and models we offer and the technical complexity of some products, we advise our visitors to send us an email to info@BelRide.co.Uk for any requests for clarification or advice. The customer remains solely responsible in case a purchase made with us is not suitable for its needs or an item conflicts with other items purchased on www.BelRide.co.Uk or other items already in possession of the customer.
In no event shall the responsibility of Belride Ltd be engaged. To request a Return, please refer to sections 10, 11 and 12.

 

Article 5 : Prices

Thanks to your IP address geolocation, You are directly connected on the website which provides you the price in the correct currency and with Country VAT where you are connected. We would like to offer our customers the maximum possible transparency on our prices and we do our best to provide you from the outset a correct price including taxes and VAT. If however the IP geolocation does not work or if you prefer to be delivered in another country than the one your are located at the time you order, you can modify your preferences at any time in the top right navigation bar.

Prices listed on  www.BelRide.co.Uk never include shipping charges. The shipping cost will appear as soon as you have choosen your suitable delivery mode. You can also estimate shipping cost at any time in the “My Cart” section, or you can allow be informed about our price policy in the “Shipping Charge” section.

For orders to the European Union, price include the VAT repaid to the different countries upon current rate in the country of destination of the order.

VAT is not charged on orders to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, Andorra, Ukraine,) or to regions not covered by VAT as the DOM-TOM. Orders for these destinations will not be billed with VAT. If taxes or local customs charges were applied, they remain on the client. Please note that taxes, import fees and customs fees are out of our control. We invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country for more information.

Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is recorded. Ordered products remain property of Belride Ltd until full payment of the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the consumer.

Selling prices of the different products might be modified at any time and without any advance notice from Belride Ltd.

 

Article 6 : Register on the website

When you order, the customer will be asked to register if he wants or order without registering. If the customer decide to register, he will be asked to complete a customer form with several information and to create a password. These informations are saved on Belride Ltd servers and will be treated as confidential; and they won’t be in any case disseminated to third parties.

The customer has access to the “My Account” section on the website in which it is possible for him to modify his personal information and his password. The customer is the only responsible for its information on its Customer account and its password. Belride Ltd cannot be held responsible in the event of a loss or  dishonest or malicious use. In the event the customer forgot its password, the customer has a “Forgot your Password” section which enables it to receive an email with its username.

Belride Ltd informs its visitors that one or several cookies which not contain any personnal information, may be installed on its hard disc in order to ensure its identification. Cookies are small text files stored on visitors computer and which enable friendlybikes.com to remember visitor’s country, language and currency, and also for example to show articles that were placed on my cart during the last connection. All of this aims to make your website navigation as pleasant as possible.

Article 7 : Order

Any order automatically generates an order confirmation sent by email to the email address provided by the customer.

Belride Ltd reserves the right to contact the customer if there is a doubt on the order content (validity of the credit card used, substantial quantity...).

Article 8 : Payment

We offer our customers two payment methods depending on the delivery country : Payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / Maestro) or payment by Bank Transfer.

We do not accept payments by check.

We propose our customers to pay in Pounds Sterling.

In order to guarantee the security of your payments with Belride Shop, we chose Paypal and Elavon Systems for our secure payment gateway.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the card first needs to be accepted by our secure payment system. Please make sure your credit card is supported and still valid. We will need to block orders if we did not receive the necessary data to perform the transaction. For security reasons we might contact our customers if we need more information.

Article 9 : Delivery

The deadline for the reception of your order depends on your choice of delivery method:


The average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from the time the package has left our facilities and collected. Your point relay will notify you by email when the package is available.

Packets collection takes place every working day (except Monday), so all orders validated on our website from Friday to Monday will be collected the following Tuesday.

This leadtime is provided for information only and any potential delay should not give rise to the payment of any compensations, nor any deduction or cancellation of the order by the customer.


Products are delivered to the address provided at the time the customer perform its order (Drop-off point or private address).
Any anomaly concerning the shipment shall be imperatively indicated on the airway bill and together with the customer signature.
Belride Ltd won’t be responsible for mistakes on the delivery address at initial information capture by the customer.

Article 10 : Change of opinion after the delivery

I have already received the order. Due to a change of opinion, I would return one or more products, or the whole order. How should I proceed?

A. If you want to return one or more products of your order, the procedure is as follows:

Please be aware our registered address in Manchester won't accept any delivery, therefore if assigned please request a different one

We have to point out that Belride does not make product changes, and all returns will be subject to deductions (through bank transfers or loyalty points)

After receive your order,  you can send us an email (or by the contact form) with the following information:

                - Order number
                - Full name specified on the order
                - The product or products you wish to return
                - The reason for the return


Once we receive your request, we will send by mail the "return number" and the procedure you have to follow.

To cover the cost of processing your return (return-trip, delivery costs, bank fees, management time by our team, etc), you will have to pay one of the following amounts:

  • 20 Pounds Sterling for the return of one or more small parts


The shipping costs of the returned products are in charge of the customer.

IMPORTANT: All products without return number previously sent by us will be rejected. The returned products are under the responsibility of the costumer. We are not responsible for the deterioration or loss of the order.

 

B-If you wish to return a complete order already shipped, please follow the steps below:

We have to point out that Belride does not make product changes, and all returns will be subject to deductions (through bank transfers or loyalty points)

After receive your order, you can send us an email (or by the contact form) with the following information:

                - Order number
                - Full name specified on the order
                - The product or products you wish to return
                - The reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we will send by mail the "return number" and the procedure you have to follow.

  • 20 Pounds Sterling for the return of one or more small parts

Individual case: if you decide to reject the order (in the Point Relais or directly to the carrier): please, take note that a charge of 30 Pound Sterling will be applied on the return of the product.

 

Article 11 : After-Sales Service and Warranty

I received my package and at the opening: a product or more are not conformed to my order or they arrived broken. What to do? 

Please send us an email (or complete the contact form) with the following information:


- The order number
- Photos
- The explanation of the problem.
- Product damaged or wrong

Once we receive your request, we will send by mail the "return number" and the procedure you have to follow.
We are committed to return a product or a refund to you as soon as possible

Regarding shipping costs, we wanted you to know that shipping costs will be paid by us only if we are wrong

 

Moreover, the returning costs from you to us are at your charge, and  the shipping cost from us to you are at our expenses if the guarantee has been accepted by the manufacturer or distributor.

By following these few recommendations, we are committed to make every effort to satisfy you. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward.

Article 12 : Our newsletter

We send out emailing campains to our customers on a regularly basis to keep them up to date concerning the sales and other promotional offers in our online shop (discount codes, special campains on product groups and so on).

We automatically add all customers that create an account with us to the distribution list of our email newsletters. Should you not want to receive such information, please use the Unsubscribe link that we include in each of our promotional emails we send you. 

Article 13 : Protection of Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal data collected by Bcso Ltd as part of commercial activities with its customers will be reflected in its files and will only be used for own purposes in a context defined by the contract between the two parties. In accordance with the provisions of the 8 December 1992 Act on the protection of private life with respect to the processing of personal data, the customer is allowed to consult and rectify the concerned data if need be.
